Renee Shiraishi has over 20 years of experience in managing employee relations. She has handled complex investigations into employee complaints, Title VII claims, and compliance issues, making sure they are resolved quickly and equitably.

Skilled in Mediation and Conflict Resolution

Over the course of her career, Renee has expertly managed performance programs, including crafting performance improvement plans, handling disciplinary actions, and coaching leaders on performance management. She has completed the basic 40-hour mediation course and is currently pursuing accreditation through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. Her mediation skills have significantly enhanced communication and effectively resolved workplace disputes for numerous clients.
