Sarah Frazier is a skilled employment law attorney licensed to practice in Wyoming and North Carolina who believes in really getting to know a business. With an accounting background and experience in corporate law, you never have to worry about numbers intimidating Sarah. If you have an employment law issue that involves complicated math or financial matters, she’s the perfect person to have on your side.

While Sarah briefly practiced civil litigation right after law school, she quickly discovered she preferred problem prevention to litigation. To that end, she enjoys working with employers throughout the whole life cycle of their business – from formation to exit planning and everything in between. 

A Global Citizen

The daughter of a Marine, Sarah grew up “everywhere and nowhere,” rarely staying in one place long. This led to her developing a strong interest in international matters, including studying abroad at El Instituto de San Joaquin de Flores in Costa Rica, promoting the education of girls in the developing world, and writing her dissertation on the implication efforts and effects of the UN Convention Against Corruption. She also has a special place in her heart for veteran-owned businesses.
